REQUEST FOR FUNDING
The Sunriver Rotary Club Foundation, a 501 (c) (3) charitable corporation,
was formed “…to make donations to, dispense charitable contributions
through, and otherwise aid and support those organizations organized
exclusively for charitable, educational, literary or scientific purposes.”
The Trustees of the Foundation have further stipulated that all donations,
contributions, aid and support be limited to the youth, the aged and the
disadvantaged within the Sunriver, Three Rivers and La Pine communities.
If your organization complies with the above purpose and stipulation of the
Foundation, then we would welcome your Application for Funding

OCTOBER 31, 2011. Please provide the financial information requested
or explain the absence thereof. If you have questions regarding the
application process, or wish to obtain additional information from the

Your Application will be reviewed for completeness upon receipt. A follow-up
interview may be required as part of the application process. Applicants
will be informed of the Foundation’s decision by the MIDDLE OF NOVEMBER,
2011. Funds will be distributed at that time.
All organizations funded by the Foundation will be required to submit a Post
Funding Report, nine months after receipt of Foundation funding, summarizing
the use of the funding and the actual benefits to your organization compared
to the anticipated benefits per the original Application.
