We do this once a year in the late Fall. Phil usually locates the donated firewood. We then assemble at Phil's or Shirley's to split and load. We then deliver to the designated recipient for that year. We normally stack the wood on delivery, but depends on the recipient. This is a great project as it specifically benefits a local family. Once again, about 12 -15 people show up for coffee and doughnuts (are you sensing a doughnut theme yet?) then we get to work. Some of us bring a truck or utility trailer and approximate time for this project is 3 hours.
